Includes white-colored
polystyrene tone and "Tall Boy" / "Small-Skirt"
volume and tone knobs customized with dark green
letters and numbers, rounded edge pickup covers, tremolo arm tip,
"Football" switch tip, and back plate.
With old or vintage
knobs from many years ago this green coloration of the letters and
numbers is the result of natural aging or oxidation effect
of the
original gold coloring that would change color
with age, the gold would patina naturally to a
dark green color. However, the gold lettering in
modern production knobs will no longer naturally
oxidize to this green color with time, the gold
lettering will stay gold forever. Our
reproductions offered here are a simulation of
the natural oxidation effect of the old or
vintage knobs.
These are the exact same
accessories used on the 2014 Limited Edition
60'th Anniversary 1954 American Vintage Strat®.
Every detail of the original 1954 accessories
was reproduced for this replica set with our
additional customization of the knob set with
the dark green letters and numbers.
Pickup covers will not
fit any of the noiseless pickups.
